Rugs Design was founded by Tosif Afsar with a vision to redefine how handcrafted rugs are designed, experienced, and appreciated across the world.

Having worked extensively with international clients and artisan communities, Tosif recognized the opportunity to unite exceptional craftsmanship with contemporary design thinking. His ambition was to build a design-led brand where creativity, innovation, and traditional weaving techniques coexist seamlessly.
